Ontario Unniversity
Ontario | Canada
Autocoat has collaborated with one of the best qualify Canadian education institutions to study the influence of solution materials methods. Through comparison between Blade Coating films and Spin Coat films, it has been possible to analyze how organic properties and their impact on the life efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes, allowing the development of new products application with more cost-effective final film morphologies.

AG Texteis
We contributed with AG Texteis in the pioneering development of a women's bag connected to Spotify via bluetooth. The disruptive project included all the electronics for the proper conduction of electrical energy, obtained through solar panels installed in the bag, which acctivate the music application through an integrated display.

Unicamp - Chemistry Institute
Autocoat contributed to the technical adaptation of a standard Blade Coating equipment already existing at the university's Chemistry Institute. Our Blade Coating specialists fully adapted the equipment to Autocoat technology, integrating a hot plate, a vacuum plate and a nitrogen air knife system. Through the project, the efficiency of the equipment and the quality of results of solar cells in the Perovskite standard were improved.

UFABC
Autocoat is a partner of Faculdade Federal do ABC in the development of multilayer polymeric films obtained from the Blade Coating technique for biomedical and cosmetic applications. The objective of the project is to allow the adaptation of current dermatological formulations to the format of thin films that can be absorbed by the skin, increasing the possibilities of applications and revolutionizing the health and beauty market.
